Lilumati’s Diary

Based on genuine characters and events ‘Lilumati’s Diary’ tells a timely and inspirational story of a 10-year-old girl, Lilumati Phadera, portraying the issues of education system in rural Nepal. The movie further attempts to give the audience a comparative view of how anequally aged girl going to government school in urban Nepal provided the similar basic education as a girl going to government school in Karnali Region differ and lack behind in terms of knowledge and opportunities.

On 29th December 2012, KSG Trust in coordination with Lion's Club Biratnagar Central held two days health camp at Chimdi & Tetaria VDC of Sunsari. In Sunsari total of 562 people received free health checkupwhere 22 women were found to have uterus prolapsed. Those women were sent for further checkup at Birat Hospital & Research Center. Likewise in Tetaria VDC 262 people received free health checkup and free medicines.

Scholarship Program

KSG Trust has provided full financial scholarship package to a total of 50 students in the past two years. Scholarships are awarded to 25 students each year after they complete their 10th grade, the School Leaving Certificate, a mandatory government examination.
